Example of an automated weigher's workplace at a meat processing plant.
Thermal treatment shop. The weighing post is equipped with platform scales, a terminal with an accounting program, a digital thermometer with a probe (food thermometer). The weighing processor is located on the wall for convenience, and the scales have a port for transmitting data to a PC. The terminal with 1C is in a sealed case with an IP-66 protection rating. When raw products are received into the shop and finished products are shipped from it, weighing takes place. The data from the scales is transferred autonomously to 1C and recorded in the program, and the temperature inside the product at which it was received and shipped is also measured. Accounting is kept for each batch, which allows you to track quality and avoid deviations from technical specifications.
Weight accounting at the meat processing plant is carried out at all stages of production.
