Automation of management accounting

Our accumulated experience allows us to say that all manufacturing enterprises are similar in the general scheme of accounting for inventory items (material assets). Receipt of raw materials - order from a client - application for production - production of products - receipt of finished goods at the warehouse - shipment. Regardless of the type of product, be it sausage, furniture fronts or hardware. How to correctly account for everything, send orders to production and plan it? Usually these problems are solved by trial and error. Accounting begins with Excel and paper journals.
