Data from the scales is sent to the receiving device via a radio channel. The receiving device generates data for printing and commands the printer to print a receipt.

How to speed up and control the receipt of raw materials and products in the warehouse?

For automated receipt of raw materials in the warehouse, you need to buy a TSD for the radio channel scales and modify the 1C:Enterprise accounting program.

Automated weighing process

  1. Weighing raw materials.
  2. Selecting the TSD of the required supplier. Each counterparty is assigned a unique barcode.
  3. Select the barcode of the raw materials that we weigh.
  4. After reading the command barcode, we record the weighing in the 1C: Enterprise program.
  5. After weighing, the printer prints out a final label with the type of inventory, weight and counterparty.

Using the equipment shown in the video, you can debug the process of weighing products and receiving data on a PC for subsequent data processing in the enterprise accounting program.
