Fish labeling is one of the important elements that determine the quality of products. In the fishing industry, the requirements for labeling fish and seafood are regulated by entire standards and requirements. For example, frozen fish is a product whose temperature is constantly displayed on the indicator, not exceeding -18 °C.

Paper or polypropylene labels are most often used for labeling fish. Fish is labeled at different stages of the technological process. The label is glued to the container in which the fish products are packaged.

In large freezers this could be a pallet, in hypermarkets – a box, in small shops – products in polyethylene.
