Textile labels
Textile tags are used to mark products in a wide variety of light industry sectors. They contain information about the product — composition, size, care conditions, etc.
Such a label can also contain a brand, company name and serve as a business card of the manufacturer.
For the production of textile labels, textile tape. The material used can be of two types - satin and nylon.
Satin is a smooth, soft and shiny material. Sometimes it is compared to satin. The edges of the label fray, and therefore it must be sewn on both sides. Most often, soft satin is used for labels that are sewn into underwear, children's clothing, and textile products that come into contact with the body. Such tape is printed on only one side.
Nylon is a more rigid material and can withstand repeated washing in chemicals. The edges of the nylon tape do not fray and it can be sewn on one side. Nylon textile tape can be printed on both sides. Nylon tag is used for marking all kinds of textile products.
Textile tag can be white or black.
The information on it is printed in one color (black, white, gold, silver, green, red or blue).
Our catalog presents textile tapes of different widths. The width of the textile label depends on the amount of information that needs to be placed on it. Textile tapes come in widths from 15 mm to 60 mm.
Printing of sewn-in labels is done on a thermal transfer printer using ribbon, which is designed specifically for textile tapes. Textile ribbon is resistant to chemicals and repeated washing.
Textile sewn-in labels can be attached to products in only one way - sew them into the seam of the product.
Almost all light industry products (clothing, footwear, hats, bags) have sewn-in labels.
The cost of printing is calculated based on the following parameters:
- type of material used;
- circulation;
- size of the textile label.
