Kitchens tone — studio of furniture facades.
Vostok specialists were invited to the Kiton production company, which produces MDF facades. Together with company representatives, they went through the entire stage of facade production. Accounting problems, weak points and places with the largest number of accounting errors were identified and voiced (where orders could be lost, compliance with the sequence of orders, prompt shipment and notification of customers about the readiness of their orders).
Our specialists, after everything seen, they developed and proposed a production accounting automation project, which was developed on the basis of BAS. The entire automation project was divided into several stages:
- general works on 1C,
- automation of workplaces,
- dispatching from the acceptance of the buyer's order to the shipment of finished products,
- salary
The results of the automation of accounting for the production of furniture facades allow all employees of the enterprise to increase the efficiency of their work. Managers receive clear management reporting online, sales managers promptly monitor order fulfillment schedules and receive information on all stages of production.
