Conveyor scales ESIT

The operation principle of conveyor scales ESIT consists in measuring assembly line workload onto strain gauge, and also rate of line movement and calculating of productivity, linear density and mass, speed on the basis of measurements. Measurands are displayed on the indicator of weighing controller. Scales are made according to the GOST 30124-94 requirements “Scales and weigh batchers of continuous operation. Main technical specifications”. The scales have function of shipped material mass recording, communication interface with computer.

• Pulse signal for connection of external electromechanical counter;
• analog output 4-20 mA or 0-10 B;
• PID regulation of motor speed;
• Displaying of weigh (kg), productivity (t/h, kg/sec), line speed (m/sec);
• connection of printer, computer, additional display;
• message indication about errors.
• Conveyor scales ESIT can be supplied with one, two or three rollers. The client’s rollers also can be used.

For integration of conveyor scales and video surveillance system, platform “Intellect” is used. Characteristics and specifications of the system are specified in the contract during the development of technical task.
